Executive Leadership Practitioner (ELP)

Before becoming a TOX247 Executive Leadership Practitioner (ELP) with a ‘License to Practise’ you need to understand the definition of what your accreditation will give you:
 
The role of the TOX247 Executive Leadership Practitioner (ELP) is to direct and manage the workplace substance management programme (WSMP) and the other practitioner roles within it. The ELP will work closely with the programme managing practitioner (PMP) where positive back to laboratory (BTL) samples have been responded to within the company disciplinary code or the employee’s extraction from the business. The ELP role is to align the WSMP within the company’s corporate governance and liaise at board level regarding officers of the company’s culpabilities and managers responsibilities within the WSMP. The ELP will also be responsible for hearing internal appeals regarding formal decisions within the WSMP or managing formal decision challenges at litigation.

The Executive Leadership Practitioner (ELP) includes all of the Level 5 Certificate learning modules and three additional units for the ELP and a 5,000-8,000 word dissertation, that will need mandatory content that is country, sector, and profession specific.
